PMMO, the night time work crew out of Mott Haven, makes some noise as it heads east to the runaround at CP217 in New Rochelle.  PMMO has just interchanged the Phoebe Snow cars with Amtrak west of CP216 on Hell Gate 2 (the Amtrak crew wasn't qualified past CP216).  Now, they are running up to CP217 to head back down to Mott Haven lite engine.  If you have any questions about the video, feel free to message me.  Comments are welcome.
