http://bit.ly/yU4gUb Columbus Dispatch reporter Robert Vitale takes it to the streets, driving 65 MPH (the posted speed limit) around I-270 in an un-scientific experiment to see how many people pay attention to that speed. Vitale says: "In my two 60-mile loops around I-270, 167 people passed me. That's the equivalent of three times every 2 miles. And this was during a midmorning, weekday drive, when traffic was light. The good news: Few people flew by. Maybe half-a-dozen drivers whizzed past at 80 mph or faster, but most were driving 70 to 75, tops. The better news: We're a polite bunch in these parts. No one honked, gestured obscenely or even glared as they sailed past." Columbus Dispatch video by Tom Dodge. For more: http://bit.ly/z3QiXX
