"Rinpoche gives an extensive teaching on the most important decission in one's life, which is choosing a correct spiritual friend, a guru. Once one has made the connection to a guru, is most important to learn how to follow the guru's advise and how to relate to him or her. It is our own responsability to follow correctly. Rinpoche explains how to devote to the guru by using many different and interesting quotes, both from the Sutra and Tantra texts. He also makes it very clear which are the downfalls of not being respectful to the spiritual friend.
