The Bomberos came to help people get out of their office building because the roads under construction are flooded. There are deep holes and you cannot see them when walking. They are renovating the Colonial City, Renovada Ciudad Colonial, and it is a mess right now with all the rain left over from the Tropical Storm Cristobal here in the Colonial Zone, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
