After almost ten years of building part of the Madang- Baiyer Road, the PNGDF’s Engineering Battalion brought back machinery used in the project, marking completion of phase one. Acting Commander, Major David Tiki said there were challenges faced with funding, and also servicing of the vehicles to ensure work continued.
