Finally we presented the first Workshop 'Oscar' to our instructor John Gough for “The Best Performance in the Seated Tai Chi for Arthritis video!" John gave such a wonderful performance as a challenged participant in the above that our office staff receive regular phone calls asking if the “poor old man in the DVD ever managed to walk by himself”. John does have health challenges, but he never sees himself as a person of any health issues. He is one of our instructors at my school Better Health Tai Chi Chuan, and competed in tai chi competitions. Finally his acting talent has been recognised!
