For a the past few months, the PPL plant in Martins Creek Pennsylvania temporarily closed its pipeline for maintenance. Without the pipeline supplying the plant's fuel, a different method of transportation was arranged. Now, NS H76 is tasked with the job of running to the PPL Plant via the Portland Secondary every week with a few oil tanks to keep it going. Although it's not to Portland, it is still a unique chase. 3029's KILLER Conrail RS3L only added to the experience!
