So I bought AirServer last night (US$15.00) and I opted to download the Windows beta - 2.0.0.rc1 - to test the screen recording side of things, since that's what I'm mainly interested in. The only thing missing from the Windows instructions for this version is how recording is actually enabled, because it isn't activated in the same manner as the OSX version. What Windows users need to do is to right-click the mirrored screen, then select Record. To stop recording, right-click again and click Stop. The beta also opens the mirrored screen in full-screen mode by default. Whilst this can be modified to start in windowed mode permanently via the AirServer menu accessed from the System Tray, it may also be toggled after start-up by right-clicking on the mirrored screen and selecting Toggle Full Screen. For this demo recording, I'm running the Sector app, loading a drum-track I'd exported from Figure, and generally messing around :)
