LEAD is provided to a select group of 60 postgraduate students each year. Along with developing workplace skills and graduate attributes desired by top recruiters, the program focuses specifically on building participants' abilities in the following areas: Leadership: Providing students with opportunities to develop their leadership skills and to enhance their leadership potential Education: Helping students to advance their personal, professional and career potential Association: Providing opportunities for building participants' personal and professional networks through association with other students and the business community Development: Facilitating opportunities to build participants' self confidence and develop their interpersonal skills The structure of the program is modeled on leadership programs from Harvard and Stanford Universities. LEAD is an intense one week program which comprises of a series of workshops and a leadership residential camp. Find out more about the program structure.
