This is a nice old traditional English tune, often used by the Morris dancers. The "A" theme is in the key of D, and the "B" theme is in A. I've put a tenor guitar capo on the 2nd fret and played it in C. The 6th string remains dropped at E, which gives a nice deep sound to the "B" part.
