Valerie Bertinelli ran into Dana-Farber Cancer Institute to visit the very patients and researchers who will benefit from the funds she raises as part of the Dana-Farber Marathon Challenge team. Greeted by Dana-Farber President Edward J. Benz, Jr., MD, Bertinelli first met with Dana-Farber investigators and doctors. After then visiting more than 100 patients and staff, a visibly moved Bertinelli said, "I have a reason to run on Monday and I'll be thinking about every one of these people."
