Right from the Facebook chat rooms... this is what drivers are REALLY POSTING and saying about Lyft and Uber.  You might be surprised!  I was BLOWN AWAY by the negative Uber fare!!!

My observations are that some Uber drivers love the service.  In some regard, I'm personally thankful for Uber because they launched before Lyft and both of the companies helped me get work and income that I needed.

There have been some good and bad with both companies, however, in general Uber drivers seem to feel like the "all-singing all-dancing crap of the world" while Lyft drivers feel esteemed and valued.  One example is how Uber consistently takes at least 20% of the driver's income away from them each week and often make commission updates to take even more money away from the drivers.  Lyft does the opposite, by that I mean they offer the drivers a base of 80% commission (80/20 split) and then offer the drivers a chance to earn 90% to 100% commission by doing a set number of rides during the week.  I have personally earned the 100% bonus many times.  Maybe that's why we have angry Uber murderers and Lyft is squeaky clean for the most part?
