Open Letter to WMG Hopefully With Sound Not Disabled

In my first version of this, YouTube disabled the sound almost immediately. Siince there is no WMG music in this version, hopefully my expression won't be so quickly censored. Here is a good and reasonable suggestion for how YouTube content providers might be able to use Warner Music Group tracks and WMG can make some money.
