Rubio's ad, funded by liberal Mark Zuckerberg, touts the immigration bill - Senate bill s.744 - as a Conservative bill that will end de facto amnesty and illegal immigration.

The CBO came out with their cost estimate report (6/19/13) which states that illegal immigration will continue at 75% of the current rate.
