Another film collaboration between Brighton artist Kevin Fogarty and film maker Ian Helliwell. Inspired by refusal of funding for artworks, 'The Burning of a Billion Words' is a retort to the K Foundation's infamously documented 'The Burning of a Million Pounds'. There is also reference to the film 'Quadrophenia'. For more information ; http://www.facebook.com/kevin.fogarty.artist
