Hamburger in a Pea Patch

We make a one dish wonder we call Hamburger in a Pea Patch. What is great about this dish is that it everything is made in a single skillet. Ingredients 1 lbs. ground turkey 1/3 cup of Instant Rice 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Salt 1/8 Teaspoon(s) Garlic Powder 1 can of Sweet Peas (drained) 1 can of Water Chestnuts (drained) 1 Can(s) French Fried Onions Soy Sauce Directions Brown ground turkey - Pour off Drippings(if any). Blend in onion gravy mix, garlic powder, salt, water, & rice. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover & simmer 15 min. Stir in one can peas and water chestnuts. Continue to simmer until rice is tender. Stir in one can French Fried Onion.
