Timing and positioning are important here. This method is 2 seconds faster than locking the top 2 bots in the top right room similar to my S rank video. 

You can close the door at the start so you can walk over it later at the top middle room but you will lose a little time. Ducking might help you in the top left room when the bots reach you.
