This beaded ring could be made with faceted czech crystals (roundelles) or with round beads (3mm or 4mm)
List of materials: 
1) 11/0  seed beads - white
2) faceted crystals 3mmx4mm (roundelles) or 4mm beads - 32 pieces
3) monofilament (or other thread you like)- 0.15mm (0.006in) 
   7 feet (2.10m) of thread 
7) beading needle size 10
8) scissors
9) flat nose pliers (not obligatory)
