Cosplay makeup tutorial inspired by the character Rise Kujikawa from the game and anime Persona 4.  I used mostly neutral tans and gold-tones for my eye makeup, though you can use any colors you wish.  The goal is to have sparkling eyes, a rosy glow, and subdued (albeit glossy) lips.
