CSX Train B749, the local freight from Croton West Yard to Oak Point in the Bronx, crawls through Philipse Manor and CP26 on Track 1 with last night's outlawed CSX Train L431.  Todays consist is 4 engines; SD40-2's 8836 on the point, 8845, and a pair of GP38-2's 2793, and 2804 taking up the rear, with a 107 car mixed freight.
