The 12369 / 70 Howrah Haridwar Kumbha Express (Hindi: कुंभ एक्सप्रेस) is a Superfast express train belonging to Indian Railways - Eastern Railway zone that runs between Howrah Junction and Haridwar Junction in India.

It operates as train number 12369 from Howrah Junction to Haridwar Junction and as train number 12370 in the reverse direction serving the states of West Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand.

The 12369 / 70 Howrah Haridwar Kumbha Express presently has 1 AC 2 tier, 1 AC 3 tier, 8 Sleeper Class Car, 2 General Unreserved & 2 SLR (Seating cum Luggage Rake) coaches. It has a Pantry car coach.

As is customary with most train services in India, Coach Composition may be amended at the discretion of Indian Railways depending on demand.

The 12369 Howrah Haridwar Kumbha Express covers the distance of 1536 kilometres in 26 hours 55 mins (57.07 km/hr) & in 27 hours 20 mins as 12370 Haridwar Howrah Kumbha Express (56.20 km/hr).

As the average speed of the train is above 55 km/h (34 mph), as per Indian Railway rules, its fare includes a Superfast surcharge.
