Skylanders Imaginators: Painyatta in Skylands Raceway (Sea)

Has anyone noticed that Pain-Yatta is the only villain whose able to use one vehicle in every terrain in each game since SuperChargers? In the regular SuperChargers, Painyatta is an NPC villain who drives a land vehicle in the Supervillain cup. In SuperChargers Racing for the Wii and 3Ds, he is a playable villain but uses a sky vehicle instead. In Imaginators, since he has become a Skylander, he capable of using any vehicle, including the sea ones.
