When lawmakers adjourned for their August break, many traveled to their home districts to listen to constituents about a health care reform bill crafted by Democrats. At town hall meetings and other gatherings across the U.S., the debate over coverage -- especially Obama's proposed public option -- and how to pay for it is fueling heated arguments between lawmakers and voters.  VOA's Kane Farabaugh visited several gatherings where advocates on opposite sides of the debate are trying to influence how lawmakers will vote when they return to Congress in September.
