HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones,  has announced that it is introducing 3G-enabled Nokia phone 3310 3G .

The 3G should speed up its online connections, users can use twitter and Facebook apps, however they will still not be able to use many  apps such as WhatsApp due to the limitations of its S30+ operating system. The phone still has no Wi-Fi connectivity.

With fresh new colours and a new user interface that lets fans pick a theme to suit their mood, this new Nokia 3310 3G will be available from mid-October,  for a global average price of €69 i-e around $81

 Because of the 3G connection, the talk time of the Nokia 3310 will be reduced.  i-e  3G  version will offer up to 6.5 hours of talk time,  while the non-3G version can offer utp  to 22 hours of talk time.  Anyway the 3G version will have   up to 27 days of standby time .

Users of Nokia 3310 3G can still Play the legendary Snake game in the colour screen.

Nokia 3310 3G comes in four fresh colours, all with a sleek, silver-coloured keymat.

And, the Nokia 3310 3G will come with 2 MP camera with LED flash for simple snaps,  and 2.4” curved window with polarized layer for better readability in sunlight
It will be  available as both single SIM and dual SIM variants. The Nokia 3310 3G will come with  64 MB storage  plus a MicroSD card slot with support for up to 32 GB.

Ergonomically redesigned for an even better in-hand experience, Nokia 3310 3G has more spacing between the buttons, letting you dial, text and tweet more comfortably

Chief Product Officer of HMD Global is saying that they had decided to release the 3G version of Nokia 3310 as the  fans  around the world have been asking for this iconic phone to support 3G.
The upgrade will bring the device to more countries where 2.5G coverage is scarce.
