The Philadelphia Police Department's Northeast Detectives Division is looking to identify the suspect who robbed a CVS in Mayfair. On January 16, 2014, at 8:54 pm, an employee of CVS located at 6501 Harbison Avenue observed an unknown male enter the store and began walking from isle to isle. The suspect then selected batteries and start to walk toward an exit. The employee, who was waiting outside, attempted to stop the suspect when he left the store without paying for the batteries. When the suspect was stopped the suspect struck the employee in the face causing a deep laceration and fled in a gray SUV. Suspect Description: White male, 6'6″, 30 years-of-age, black hair, wearing a gray pullover hooded sweatshirt, black pants, and gray sneakers.
