Shipping of Fragrances – we try and ship fragrances the most economical way and our website is set up to manage this for us. If you have several fragrances ordered and there is a fragrance that has a flashpoint of 142-199, we will ship USPS Priority (lower US 48 only) but we do put the required Hazmat Stickers on the box as well as the packing slip. The box in the shipment I am sending you has samples of this. We can do this as long as the total fragrance shipment is less than 1 gallon total. If all fragrances are 200 degree and above flashpoint, we do not have to put hazmat stickers on them and they can ship worldwide. If a fragrance in the shipment has a flashpoint of 142 degrees or below, those fragrances have to ship UPS ground and can only be sent US lower 48. We know that other suppliers do not put the required hazmat stickers on their packages with fragrance oils with low flashpoints and we get questions about this. We would rather put the required stickers on the box than have USPS fine us very heavily for not doing so. This is also the reason why some suppliers do not ship fragrance oils out using USPS at all.
