Caretaker Minister T Harish Rao today fired a salvo at the State Congress Chief N Utham Kumar Reddy as to why his party has “shamelessly” joined hands with its arch-rival and TD Chief and Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Addressing the media at TRS Legislature Party office here, Harish released a letter comprising 12 queries and sought an explanation from the Congress chief. He expressed anguish and dismay at the Congress for forging an unethical alliance with the TDP, which was born against the Congress party. Chandrababu Naidu, who denied river waters, opposed irrigation projects and came in the way of the development of the State will change his stance in his favour, he asked.

Is Chandrababu, who wrote 30 letters against Palamur Ranga Reddy lift project to the Centre ready to take a reverse stand and announce in future that it is genuine, Harish asked.
