Joey Douglas of Vancouver, has been volunteering on the Holiday Express train in Portland, OR, since he was in the 3rd grade. Every year, the historic locomotive pulls thousands of passengers along the Willamette River between the Oregon Rail Heritage Center and Oaks Park. Douglas has been in love with trains since he was a baby, but unlike most kids, he does not seem to be losing interest.
