F-4 is an early version of an Atari 2600 port of Midway's "Phantom II" arcade game. It was later released in cartridge form as part of the "Phantom II / Pirates" multicart.

From PDroms.de:

"Pursue and shoot down the enemy jets through day and night zones (relying on radar in the night zones). Fight your way through to the bomber before time runs out."
