NCTA hosted it's first NCTA Connects event.

Professor Steven Wildman presented his paper, titled "The Economics of Usage-Based Pricing in Local Broadband Markets" (link below). He was joined by Sandvine CEO Dave Caputo and Professor David M. Lyons of Boston College Law School. 

Among other things, they discussed broadband usage-based pricing models.
