by Isa's Bistro Chef: Iain Jones Ingredients 4 Lemons (Juiced) 9 ounces Sugar 2 1/4 Cup Heavy Cream Instructions Combine lemon juice and sugar in a heavy bottom pan and bring to a boil.In another pan bring the heavy cream to a boil at the same time.While whisking, slowly incorporate heavy cream into the lemon and sugar mixture.Pass through a fine mesh strainer and pour into serving containers.Place in refrigerator, and allow to set a minimum of 2 hours.
