Baltimore County police are trying to find the driver who struck a Towson University student over the weekend and left the scene. Towson University students and faculty are grieving Mzimazisi Ncube, 20, a sophomore pre-accounting student who liked to be called Mzi. He was killed Saturday night in a hit-and-run crash.
