PC Power Supply PSU Testing if Working & Starting PSU Without It Being Plugged Into Motherboard

In this video I show you a very simply trick to test if your PSU (power supply unit) works and turns on, which can help when diagnosing a fault. For this trick you'll need a paperclip (metal, obviously) and some insulating electrical tape (or being very careful!) Just short the green wire (by inserting the pin inside it) and bending it into an n shape and placing it into the ground, right next to it. This is good for testing if your PSU has any juice coming out of it, or if you want to just run a second PSU - for example for the sake of fans of water cooling.
