XS Sight / Trijicon Failure (No more Glow!)

I just did a systems check on my CCW / S&W 340 M&P and noticed that the front sight seems to be defective.  The front sight on the 340 M&P is a XS 24/7 with a tritium insert (Night Sight).  It no longer glows green.  I have emailed both S&W and XS about this and hope to have some type of resolution.  This is my CCW and I've owned it since November 2011.  Not that long.  At least I have my Crimson Trace laser as a back up!!!!!  Let me know what you think.
