Q. left top secret files on pending terror arrest in full view as he arrived on Downing Street for meeting with the Prime Minister. Soon after, a 150 miles north, police forced to bring the raids forward, swooping on a university in Liverpool. This cell phone vid was shot by a student from the university´s library, showing 2 of the arrests. Several houses and a Internet cafe in a Manchester area were also raided.
