Zucchini Recipe | Making a Mock Apple Crisp at AldermanFarms

Zucchini Crisp (Mock Apple Crisp)

8 cups zucchini (pealed, cut in half, then cut like apple wedges)
3/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c water

Cook until tender
Drain well
Mix in: 1 c sugar, 1.5 teaspoon cinnamon

Pour into 9X9 pan

Topping:
 Mix:
  1 cup flour
  3/4 c brown sugar
  1/2 stick of butter
  mix together until crumbly, then sprinkle on top of cooked zucchini wedges

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
