The latest update to Minecraft has some fantastic changes and this video highlights most of them.

New world save options including more than 5 worlds, naming worlds and the ability to specify the world seed. New items; beds that let you skip the night, redstone repeaters, new half-blocks of cobblestone, sandstone and wood. Changes to the interface in-game including a built-in smooth lighting mode.
