Q-vo! What's up guys! I know, I know caldo in the summer!? lol For those who don't understand the correlation, it's a struggle when its hot as hades outside and your mom makes a HOT stew. It's a hispanic thing lol. So as I mentioned, this is a "lazy" version of Mexican rice and caldo de pollo. Using the pressure and rice cooker just makes things so much easier on those really long days. I like not having to watch over the food when I'm cooking it and by now I've gotten a hang of it, that I know the pressure cooker will do it's job! As far as my Chile de molcajete....did I mention cherry tomatoes? haha I know, I said it a lot, but I wanted to be very clear what I was doing.
