PWD minister Sudin Dhavalikar has appealed ruling and opposition MLA’s to support Western by-pass project in public interest. Sudin further said that the by-pass will shorten route for public saving their timeand money. 
Meanwhile, Benaulim MLA Churchill Alemao has demanded desilting of river Sal before commencing Western by-pass road project. Stilt bridge cannot solve flooding problem in the area says, Churchill.
