May 20 (Bloomberg) -- John Mahoney, chief financial officer of Staples Inc., talks with Bloombergs Betty Liu about the outlook for growth and the impact of European markets on the company's results.
Staples, the worlds largest office-supply retailer, said first-quarter profit rose as new customers drove sales growth at its North American delivery unit for the first time since 2008. Net income was $188.8 million or 26 cents a share. (Source: Bloomberg)
