SAY WHAT? -- This week's 'Say What?' asks local folks whether Russia now poses a threat to America and, if so, what we should do. Vladimir Putin has annexed the Crimea region of Ukraine, and he's accused of now of fermenting unrest in other parts of eastern Ukraine, perhaps with the idea of taking them over too. Some people we talked with said Russia is entitled to have its own sphere of influence, just as America and its NATO allies do, and that in any event, the strongest defense would be to build up our own economy.
