1. WhatsApp is getting support for group video calling, Zuckerberg announced during his opening keynote on Tuesday. The app will also get support for stickers "soon", the company later revealed via a blog post. 

2. Facebook is set to get a new Dating feature in its app. It’s mostly like Tinder but with the additional feature of Facebook events. So, for instance you are at a social event, you will be easily able to ‘connect’ with others. 

3. Facebook will give users an option to delete their browsing history from social media. Zuckerberg also reiterated the company’s commitment to fight fake news and controlling fake accounts.

4. A new government directive now says that your 12-digit unique identity number will not be mandatory to get a mobile SIM. So far, telecom companies have been messaging and insisting new and old customers on providing their Aadhaar for verification as per an earlier instruction by the telecom department.
