The Pennsylvania grand jury report accused Cardinal Donald Wuerl, Archbishop of Washington, of protecting predator priests. Deacon James Garcia serves the Cathedral of St. Matthew—the Cardinal's very own church—and has written a letter to the Cardinal refusing to assist him at Masses any longer, and calling on him to resign.
