Today we are harvesting the last of our broccoli from the raised bed garden in the winter snow. We left a portion of our Fall brassica harvest in the raised beds in defiance of Old Man Winter and Jack Frost both. To help them survive the frost damage, we use a lot of Phosphorus ( in the form of bone meal ) and anti-freeze for our late season cool weather crops. Along the way, we will share what we have been up to lately, preparing for the holidays and welcoming a new baby granddaughter. We would also like to thank our viewers for being patient with us through some personal and channel choices and changes. We continue to move forward.
