Welcome to another episode of VGC 18 Baek to Baek Battles, a VGC Battle Spot Series as I go on the Championship Battle Spot Ladder and play some games. The goal of the series is to try out new Pokemon, new strategies and learn as we battle one battle at a time towards the end of the season and the VGC 2018 World Championship!

Back to using some of my strange ideas and for this week, we'll be taking my twist of Mega Venusaur for a spin. Being one of the more defensive megas in the game, can take attacks pretty well but can find itself lacking in dealing damage. Trying out a version of what I like to call Bulk Balance that plays defensive but has the capabilities for big damage output. Today, Darmanitan joins the battle and does some major work!
