Kano State Government has directed the Contractor handling the Pedestrian Bridge project which recently collapsed on a taxi cab to adequately compensate the families of the three persons killed.
Correspondent, Abdullahi Mustapha reports that the State Commissioner for Works, Housing and Transport, Abba Kabir Yusuf asked for the suspension of the project pending the outcome of investigation by the team of Engineers.
