It addresses various themes of gender, subjectivity, memory, belonging, sexuality, hair and identity by some of the most prominent and emerging female artists from Africa. That's the Kauru Contemporary African Art's latest exhibition titled Being Her(e): Meditations on African Femininities which opened at the at the Constitution Hill on Wednesday.
