Finally found the source of the horrendous squealing sound!  However, it is not pretty!  #1 piston rod bearing is almost gone and severely spun.  The crankshaft unfortunately is in bad shape and already has been turned .020 with the largest bearings we can get being .030, I doubt it can be turned enough to fix it!  Also not sure on the allowable clearances between the piston and clearance.
