Cold starting the van

Trying to tune out the near-stall after startup in the van. Shot some video to show the problem. Make sure you crank up your speakers to enjoy that exhaust note. ;) hehehe.. Can definitely tell it's a cold start when the steam starts rising off the turbocharger/exhaust manifold. Had the camera off to the side because the tripod was too short and I had a wall I could put it on, off to the passenger's side. This van has a 2.0 DOHC turbo motor with MegaSquirt 3 and an IO-Extender.
