After hearing briefly 2 petitions over formalin in Fish issue, High Court has issued notices to Goa government, Govt of India and Food Safety and Standard Authority of India. Goa government contended before the High Court that in the most of the marine fishes, Formalin is inherent upto 4mg per kg. But, the High Court directed Goa government and other respondents to file their say on affidavits in 2 weeks.
